Industry leaders speaking at an APMP India conference session

Your experience is a competitive asset. Give it a wider audience.

APMP India invites you to influence a thriving community of pursuit, bid, proposal, and presales professionals — across IT services, consulting, engineering, BFSI, healthcare, public sector, and beyond. These thought leadership opportunities in India let you choose the platforms that suit your calendar, and let your expertise reach the people who will act on it.

No membership fee to contribute. No minimum commitment. You choose the format, the topic, and the time you can give.

Why this matters now

Pursuit management is becoming a recognised discipline in India. Buying committees are larger, deal cycles are more scrutinised, and AI is reshaping how proposals are researched, written, and reviewed. The practices that will define the next decade are being set now — by the leaders who choose to document them, and by the thought leadership opportunities India's profession creates for them.

Most of that knowledge currently sits inside individual organisations, undocumented and untransferable. APMP India exists to move it into the open, where the profession can build on it.

Your part in that is simple: share what you have learned, once, in a format that suits you. We handle the audience, the production, and the distribution.

Where your voice travels

Contribute through one channel or several. Each reaches a different segment of the community.

Samagam — the flagship annual conference

Now in its fifth year, Samagam convenes practitioners and leaders across New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and other cities. Speak on a panel, lead a breakout workshop, or deliver a keynote on the theme closest to your work.

Format: 30–60 minutes, in person.

Webinars and the speaker series

Our online sessions reach professionals nationally, including those outside major metros who rarely get access to senior leaders. Present a case, host a discussion, or take questions on a topic you know well.

Format: 45–60 minutes, online.

Masterclasses and the Future Leaders Programme

Teach a single session to the next generation of pursuit professionals. High leverage, tightly scoped, and often the contribution leaders report as most rewarding.

Format: 60–90 minutes, online.

Articles, blogs, and the knowledge library

Publish a point of view, a lesson from a difficult pursuit, or a practical method. We provide editorial support, so a rough draft or an interview transcript is enough to start.

Format: 800–1,500 words, written or interview-based.

Framework authorship and expert review

Contribute to the Vyasa 5D Pursuit Management Framework as a co-author or expert reviewer, and put your name to the reference standard the discipline will use.

Format: structured review cycles, scheduled around your availability.

Councils and advisory roles

Join the Vision and Strategy Council or serve as a Dimension Leader to shape the direction of the profession in India, not only its content.

Format: quarterly engagement.

Podcasts and interviews

A recorded conversation — the lowest-effort entry point, and often the most widely shared.

Format: 30–45 minutes, remote.

What you gain

Recognised authority in a defined field

Positioning as a leader in pursuit management is still available. Consistent visibility across a national professional body is difficult to replicate through individual channels alone.

Reach into a qualified audience

Your ideas reach practitioners and decision-makers in the exact function you work with — not a general business audience.

Institutional visibility for your organisation

Contributions carry your affiliation. Sustained presence supports employer brand, recruitment into pursuit and presales roles, and credibility with clients who see your name on the profession's reference material.

Access to a peer network

Contributors sit alongside leaders from across industries, with direct access to benchmarking conversations that are hard to arrange commercially.

A durable body of work

Sessions, articles, and framework contributions are archived and attributed. Your thinking remains discoverable long after the event.

What we ask of you

We respect that your calendar is the constraint. Our commitment:

  • One contribution is a complete contribution. There is no obligation to continue.

  • We do the production work. Briefing, structure, editorial support, slide review, promotion, and follow-up are handled by our team.

  • We agree dates well in advance. Typically 6–8 weeks, with rescheduling accommodated.

  • You retain your material. Reuse it internally, publish it elsewhere, present it again.

  • No selling. Contributions are educational. Commercial promotion is handled separately through sponsorship, and never mixed with content.

How it works

  1. 1

    Express your interest

Complete a short form: your area of expertise, preferred channels, and rough availability. Five minutes.

  2. 2

    A 20-minute conversation

We discuss what you want to be known for, and identify the topic where your experience is most useful to the community.

  3. 3

We build the slot around you

Date, format, brief, and audience confirmed. You receive a structured brief and, where relevant, editorial or slide support.

  4. 4

    Delivery and amplification

Your session or article is promoted across our channels before, during, and after publication. You receive the recording, the reach data, and the attributed asset.
